As Primarch Systems Yazılım A.Ş. ("Company"), we process your personal data as a data controller within the scope described in this notice, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable regulations.

Data processed: If you submit a demo request or contact form on our website, your name, e-mail address, phone number, company and industry information are processed.

Purposes: Responding to your request, planning the demo process, conducting pre-contract discussions, and — with your explicit consent — marketing communication.

Transfers: Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations and the service providers listed below.

Your rights: You may send requests under Article 11 of KVKK to info@primarchsys.com.

The in-facility camera analysis functions of our products are processes conducted by our customers as data controllers; Primarch, as a data processor, provides KVKK-compliant anonymization and on-premise architecture options.

Cookies and analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location and device type. Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept; you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google may process this data outside Türkiye.

Demo requests and lead source: When you submit the demo form, together with the details you enter we also send how you reached our site during that visit — the referring website, the first page you landed on, campaign (UTM) and ad click identifiers, and the last blog article you read. This information is kept only in your browser for the duration of the visit and is sent to us only if you submit the form. The request is delivered to our mailbox through Resend (Resend Inc., United States), which processes it outside Türkiye.

Retention: Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and at most 2 years. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
